Hemostasis is one of the many defensive mechanisms that protect our body from damages. When a blood vessel is cut, a repair mechanism is activated that eventually seals the cut and prevents further blood loss. This lifesaving process becomes life threatening when clots (thrombi) form within functional blood vessels (thrombosis)
Thrombosis tends to occur in blood vessels damaged by arterosclerosis or in vessels with a sluggish blood flow. In veins, portions of the thrombi (emboli) may break off and pass along the bloodstream to become lodged in the arteries of the heart, the lung, the kidney or capillaries to the brain. Three weeks after formation a thrombus is closed up with a collagen shell. This is the most difficult thing to remove. Attempts were made and numerous drugs developed but the result was disappointing at best. It was obvious that collagen can only be dissolved by a specific collagenase, but this specific collagenase can not be synthesized in the human body. The famous Compendium Materia Medica describes it as "salty in taste, cold in property, and efficacious in clearing heat, invigorating blood circulation, dissolving stasis, opening up channels, curing stroke, hemiplegia and infantile convulsion," and pointed out that earthworm has self- dissolving ingredient.
Modern scientific research verified the Chinese use of earthworm and identified three thrombolytic enzymes: fibrinolysin (plasmin), profibrinolysin activator and collagenase.
PlasminPlus is an enteric capsule made of special species of earthworm with state of the art biological engineering technology.
How it works: plasminPlus capsule carries plasminPlus into intestines and opens up and plasminPlus is absorbed into blood circulation system. Instructions:

1. What is PlasminPlus
PlasminPlus is a new Chinese herb formula product based on TCM theory and manufactured with state of the art biochemical engineering technology. 2. How does PlasminPlus dissolve thrombus?

4. Who should take PlasminPlus?

5 How long do I need to take PlasminPlus?

12. Can I take PlasminPlus for the stroke caused by RHD problem?

13. I have lower leg venous thrombosis and varicosity, can PlasminPlus help me?
Yes. Lower leg venous thrombosis is mainly caused by sluggish blood flow and venous valve insufficiency.
14. Can I take PlasminPlus to help reduce my high cholesterol and hyper-plasminemia in order to avoid the risks of thrombosis?
Yes. As PlasminPlus helps keep a healthy fibrinolytic system, it can effectively reduce high cholesterol and hyper-plasminemia. Plasmin may reduce the risks of thrombosis in case of high chilesterol and hyper-plasminemia.
15. I am on aspirin, can I take PlasminPlus?
No. Especially when the dosage of aspirin is over 350mg per day. We recommend that you may stop taking aspirin while you use PlasminPlus in order to avoid unexpected problems.
16. I am on Warfarin (coumadin), can I take PlasminPlus?
No. Absolutely not. Warfarin is used under the supervision of a doctor. Warfarin may lead to bleeding tendency. PlasminPlus should not be used by those who have a bleeding tendency.
17. Can I stop taking medication for hypertension while taking PlasminPlus ?
No. You cannot.
18. Can I stop taking insulin for my diabetes while taking PlasminPlus?

19. Can I take PlasminPlus for my hemorrhagic stroke?
You cannot use PlasminPlus when you are within three months of a hemorrhagic stroke. But you may use PlasminPlus three months after it. By that time fibrosis should have been complete.
20. When I take PlasminPlus for my thrombus, will it break the thrombus into smaller pieces and block other arteries and cause more problems?
No. PlasminPlus is an enzymatic balancer to the human body. Its thrombolytic effect is to correct the inbalance in the fibrinolysin system, and it is a gradual process like any metabolism. So it is not a sudden removal of the thrombus. Therefore PlasminPlus will not cause local organic bleeding or just break thrombus into small pieces, unlike some other procedures or medications that remove the thrombus suddenly.
21. Will PlasminPlus lead to bleeding tendency and weaken normal coagulation function of my platelets?
No. PlasminPlus works on the fibrinolysin system and modifies the enzymatic level. It will not interfere with normal coagulation function of platelets. In fact PlasminPlus may help make coagulation function normal.
22. My father has an ischemic stroke and he has lost his swallowing ability, how can he take PlasminPlus ?
In this situation, the patient would have a feed tube, so you can open the capsule, put the powder into a syringe with liquid food together, and then put these into the tube. One thing we need to mention is that your father may take one more capsule than normal to compensate the lost in the stomach.
23. Who should not take PlasminPlus ?
Those who have a tendency to bleed, or suffer from mitral insufficiency and bradcadia, those who are on blood thinners such as Warfarin, antiplatelet drugs such as Aspirin, clopidogrel and ticlopidine, etc., and women in pregnancy and during menstruation, should not take PlasminPlus.
24. Can I take PlasminPlus as a prevention?
