The Sorry List Of Medical Drug Victims
Source It seems that almost every day I get some personal message from someone, asking for health advice, or for information on some issue. Kimberly answers many of these messages, but forwards on to me many also -- the ones which I respond to personally.
Among these many that I receive there is a regular repeat type of message. Whatever the health issue may be these are the messages which include some reference such as "I'm suffering from depression" or "I'm taking Prozac." When I see such references I have an invariable response -- first I will not sell any of my Company products to anyone taking any psych drug. That jolts people who can't imagine a company refusing to sell to anyone.
Next, I even refuse to give ANY advice, even though the question may be one where I have a detailed and valuable answer.
Why?
Because, my experience, these psych drugs are so harmful that almost another therapy, vitamins, or whatever, you might give such a person, they don't get better. I don't want the problem for my Company of having "failed customers." These often would turn into people asking for refunds, or in other ways soaking up our time with questions and problems. My experience has been that anyone taking any psych drug has made such a bad decision in life that they are doomed as far as improved health is concerned UNLESS they get off the drug.
Even then I won't help them, or sell to them, unless they help me expose the source of their harmful prescription. So, I publish a "hall of infamy" with doctors, mostly psychiatrists and psychologists, who push psych drugs. That is fully described HERE.
This page is where I'm going to start putting the examples of the type of incoming message I am referring to.

A doctor friend told me to check out the new research on the connection of bacteria and fibromyalgia and doxycycline antibiotic. I've been reading thru many of your articles but I need to find something I can print out to take to my doctor to explain I'd like to give this a try. I am 48 and have been treated for painful fibromyalgia for 10 years with lortab and flexeril and resently valium. However, I recently started a program 'attaching anxiety & depression' by Lucinda Bassett. And it helped understanding your connection with 'wrong relationship' connection. I went from 117 to over 200lbs and for the last 10 years I have not been able to lose weight. I began the illness and weight gain after I lost a son in a horrible custody battle which I gave up after my 9 yr old son tried to commit suicide. He's 22 now and I have not seen him since he was 11. I go to the dr every 2 to 3 months to review my medications. I'm desperate to get my life back. I'm in my 5th week of the 15wk attacking depression program and I have hope of improving my quality of life. I'm very interested in everything you suggest, there is so much to read I'd appreciate directions in finding the articles that would assist me in explaning to my doctor what I've been reading and would like to try. Psych drugs are the most usual treatment for FM.
It is so harmful that I refuse to answer more questions from someone taking them, and refuse, also, to sell any of my products to anyone taking any.
Whatever doctor prescribed this for you is guilty of mal-practice -- I hope you tell him that.

Dear Karl,
2 years ago i was diagnosed with malignant hypertension.it was as
high as 200 over 110 only one time.periodicly it goes to 170 over
100 plus.
lately it averages 140 over 90 and sometimes i will go for months
with 117 over 70 i am on lopressor for pats and now am on avapro my
heartrate has not been below 88 in a long time but there are periods
where it goes to 78??
i have had stress tests ekgs,ecgs and all types of blood work which
is normal.
my chlosterol went from 199 to 254 and my triglicerydes from 144 to
345?????????????
i am 5foot 5inches tall and weigh 138 eat a very proper diet lots of
veges and fruit and tons of water.i have been so worried that my
doctor put me on xanax .o1mg which i take in the am and pm it has
helped my exreme anxiety but am concerned about the flip flop of my
bp and pulse rate.
i am so frustrated and have been to every dr.known to man.please
give me some advice as to what i can do.i also have a horrific cough
and have had it for years. it is hopeless to tell the doctors they
dont seem to care.i am by no means a hypocondriac. i am in the
medical field and know that this is not right please help thank you

I do not answer questions from people taking a psych drug. My policy also is that I refuse to sell them any of my products.
Such people are doomed to worsening health -- and cannot recover. They do not do well with any normal therapy -- once they start down that path.
There is one hope I hold out -- read the below and decide if you want to this.

Dear Karl,
My brother was on PROZAK ,I didn't know! He shot himself in the head
a week ago on April 18th. I just found this websight tonite while
I'm not sleeping ,thinking about WHY he did such a thing. It was not
at all like him . He was such a good, considerate, kind ,helping
person. LOVED to help the elderly and really anybody.Donated his
time and services to any and all churches in his area. He made xxx @
no charge .He owned a XXX business in xxx. He also owned
ing.
At the memorial MANY people praised his generosity and perfection
.He was truley an artest . He was O.K.then snapped .He had been on
prozak I think about 6 years from what I hear . I don't know really
anything about Prozak .
I'm shocked that the doctor had him on such a drug. I HOPE his widow
can do something .She doesn't want this to be swept under the rug
.I'm still in shock ! I loved my baby brother. He was 48 & 1/2 to
the day.This has been I think the hardest time in my life .And I'm
52 years old. What can I do? My Church has really helped me If not
for god ,I don't know HOW I could handle it . My brother was
creamated Last Friday 4-27-05 I'm having a hard time with this, It

Depending on how much your read, I have literally hundreds of pages describing the horror of Prozac.
I feel so strongly about this that by Company Policy I refuse to sell any product to any person taking any psych drug -- and have published a "hall of infamy" of doctors who prescribe these drugs.
While it is well proven that Prozac causes violent and often criminal behavior in many, the real fault lies with the doctors who prescribe it, the drug companies who make it, and the friends and family who accept this usage as "OK."
The wife? Good enough that she feels angry. But, all those years when she allowed her husband to use that drug must put some great responsibility back on her.
You and others in the family do not escape a similar responsibility.
My Church has been by far the most active in condemning Prozac, and going far further with effective campaigns to stop its use.
Thanks for your letter -- see if you don't feel like taking up the cause of trampling out of existence this drug.
One way would be to visit my web site on morals, and go further to join as an associate to help distribute the book on a common sense moral code (which certainly includes the code of not taking harmful drugs).
